The Mat Davis Orchestra
A friendly local orchestra, performing a range of classical, pop and film music
Mat guest conducted for us in 2017 and directs our Academy project. His orchestra perform all sorts of music from the classical repertoire, as well as reflecting Mat's passion for music from the movies. We highly recommend looking them up and going along to a concert! Some of our members (past and present) perform with the orchestra too so you'll see a few familiar faces!
Bestwood Male Voice Choir
Our local example of the male voice choir tradition
Our friends at Bestwood Male Voice Choir have a 65 year history of singing in the area and regularly perform in and around their home village of Bestwood. You may hear us guest spotting at each other's concerts too!..
Hucknall & Linby Brass
A friendly and active community brass band
Our local community brass band - we've had the pleasure of performing alongside the band and recorded "The Hucknall Song" together in 2017. They're often around and about the area performing or taking part in competitions.
